In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to their overall dining experience. Spanish speakers are preferred. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for guest service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding order status and guest needs. Help with food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
