Server/Waiter Yummies Food Lounge 7045 Mount Zion Cir, Morrow, GA 30260 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Experience in a nightclub or food service setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Promote menu items and specials to enhance sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
