Front Counter Server Wing It With Joy Acworth, GA 30101 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front End Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front end of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café setting, possess strong cash handling skills, and be adept at upselling products to enhance the customer experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently. Assist customers with menu selections and upsell additional items to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction. Utilize Clover POS system for order entry and payment processing effectively. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, particularly in quick service fast food restaurants or cafés. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers with accuracy. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus.
