As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
