As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with kitchen staff and management will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding food preparation or ingredients. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all culinary standards are met. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly. Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others in a restaurant setting. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Previous experience in a nightclub or restaurant environment is advantageous. Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
