• Prior experience in a serving in a food-serving establishment.
• Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
• Available to work a variety of hours and days, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and carry trays, plates and small wares
• Take and deliver orders, suggest dishes, answer questions and provide an exemplary customer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of menu items, and promotional dishes.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
• Observes guest and respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
• complete thorough cleaning of guest areas (side work is a must)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work well under intense time pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a Polite and hospitable attitude
• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
