Server Iron Age Korean Steakhouse – Newnan 236 Newnan Crossing Bypass, Newnan, GA 30265 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and have a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash register operations. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests with inquiries. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Provide attentive guest services, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Support special events or promotions as needed within the establishment. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate order processing. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
