SERVER Del Porto 1329 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan, GA 30265 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing exceptional guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all orders are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining setting is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create positive interactions with customers. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in order taking and service delivery.
