Event Server Position Available In DeKalb, Georgia

Event Server Cascade Skating 3335 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30331 We are seeking a highly motivated (Event Server) to become an integral part of our team! As an Event Server, you will be tasked with making sure the guest has a memorable experience, keeping your area clean, Taking and Delivering orders, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Preparing Party Tables, Area, or Room with special attention to sanitation and order. Prep event chart with necessary supplies. Read and Following Supervisor Sheet and confirm order with guest. Sever Event Guest Food & Drinks Attend/Greet customer upon entrance to the venue. Take and serve additional orders. Answer questions or make recommendation for complementary products. Collaborate with kitchen staff. Capture customers information Complete venue raffle. Have customer fill out survey sheet. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payment. Cleaning and preparing table for next guest/event. Additional assignment given by management.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields Hand on experience with cashier duties Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills Attention to details. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service. Ability to work in a hookah-smoking environment. Ability to build rapport with guests. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
