Are you energetic, friendly, and dependable? ICENY Ice Cream is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team! As a team member, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing our signature smashed and rolled ice cream. Plus, there’s opportunity for promotion within 6-12 months for team members who show leadership, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Craft and serve our famous smashed and rolled ice cream with care and precision. Use our touch-screen POS system to take orders, process payments, and handle returns. Keep the store sparkling clean—including prep, service, and dining areas. Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude. Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Notify management of any issues related to customers or the POS system. Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Represent our brand with professionalism at occasional on-site events. Take on other tasks as needed to support store operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 16 years or older. Reliable transportation to and from work. Comfortable using a touch-screen POS system. Able to lift at least 10 lbs and stand for extended periods. Available for at least two shifts per week—including weekends and late nights. Positive attitude and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for customer service and creating memorable moments. A strong sense of teamwork, community, and care for the environment. Detail-oriented, clean, and efficient in your work habits.
