Compensation:
$36,000 – $40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
Qualifications:
Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members Prior food service industry experience is highly desired Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience About Company Tucker Brewing Company is a family owned and operated business located in an industrial park in Tucker, GA.
