The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that each dining experience is memorable, efficient, and enjoyable. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and dietary restrictions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong math skills for handling payments and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding hospitality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
