SHIFTS:
9am-4pm 3pm-11:30pm/12am
PURPOSE:
To serve the customer by creating encore experiences to ensure complete satisfaction through quick, friendly, and superior service.
COOK:
Cook and package food which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold. Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Maintain clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils following all personal hygiene policies and procedures. Clean, stock and restock workstations.
CASHIER:
Provide excellent & accurate customer service. Ensure all areas are kept clean and well stocked. Count change back to the guest to ensure the correct change is given.
