As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will play a crucial role in managing the dining area, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Assist with basic math calculations for order totals and processing payments accurately. Experience Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and order calculations are essential. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are crucial for success in this role.
