Kona Ice is a mobile shaved ice franchise dedicated to providing a fun and refreshing experience at parties, events, schools, and youth sports gatherings. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented drivers/servers to help us deliver the Kona Ice experience! Position Overview:

As a Kona Ice Server/Driver, you’ll be at the heart of our mobile shaved ice truck, providing top-notch service while creating a fun atmosphere for our customers. You’ll serve our tasty treats, manage cash transactions, restock supplies, and ensure our truck is clean and ready for the next event. Your role will be vital in making every customer interaction special and memorable!

Key Responsibilities:

Serve delicious shaved ice from the mobile truck with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Prepare and maintain food items following food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with inventory management and ensure the truck is well-stocked for each shift. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and promoting menu items with upselling techniques. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy events and large gatherings. Clean and restock the truck at the end of your shift to ensure readiness for the next event.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a clean employment background check. Previous experience in customer service and cash handling preferred. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events. Why Join Us?
