As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service while ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and culinary standards. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
