Inspirations of sharing the beauty of Mexican ingredients with b Baja California influenced dishes, unique vegetarian and vegan options, and an in- house masa program highlighting heirloom blue corn tortillas.

We are brought together in this unique concept at The Works Upper West Side in Atlanta. Our menu by Executive Chef Alejandro Temez features classics, some items specific to Baja California Mexico and some inventive and fun new dishes. We would like to add professional servers to our team passionate about this inspiring industry. This is a fun place to work with a large patio, fun craft cocktails, and a great guest base. Looking for servers that have 1 year experience in volume and large party atmospheres. We are located at The Works Upper West Side in Atlanta. Server Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Server who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The server must be able to meet all the needs of our customers, compelling them to come back again. A good job candidate must be able to perfectly sell/ recommend menu items based on guests needs as well as maintain a clean and well marked table throughout the guests dining experience. Responsibilities of a

Server:

• Taking orders and serving drinks and food to customers
• Knowledge of food and cocktail menu
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manners
• Nurturing customers to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Making menu recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences
• Keeping the service areas clean, stocked, and well-organized
• Checking customers’ IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

Server Job Requirements:

• Experience as a server
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the sections clean, stocked and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
