POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Front of House Support team member to assist in providing an excellent dining experience for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring the dining area runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both servers and other front-of-house staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with greeting and seating guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Support servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely service. Help monitor guest needs and respond quickly to any requests or concerns. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service or special events. Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments as needed. Clean and sanitize tables and chairs after guests depart to maintain a healthy environment. Assist in managing the waitlist and seating chart as needed. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items when necessary. Support the bar staff as needed during busy shifts and assist with drink orders. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proper communication skills to connect effectively with co-workers and guests. Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Will frequently stand, walk, reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data. Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors. Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic. Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, and soy. Report to work in a complete required uniform. Maintain a well-manicured appearance and persona that reflects the image of the restaurant. Meet personal schedule requirements punctually. Be courteous, friendly and pleasant.
