Hospitality Server Verde Taqueria – Brookhaven 10 Kings Circle NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Buss tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is preferred but not required. Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques while maintaining guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables while providing attentive service.
