As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Uphold all health and safety regulations in food service operations. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, particularly in a server role. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions effectively. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, such as a nightclub or busy restaurant setting. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
