Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling salads or desserts
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders
• Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
