The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of food safety and guest relations, particularly in a vibrant nightclub setting. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and answering any initial questions about the menu offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor to enhance the guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Sanitize tables, utensils, and other dining areas to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards. Handle cash register operations accurately, processing payments and managing transactions with attention to detail. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain effective communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant or nightclub environment, including kitchen areas as needed. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures. Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing payments accurately. Culinary knowledge is a plus, enabling better communication with kitchen staff regarding menu items. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
