Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items. Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant and server position required Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
