The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and be fluent in both English and Spanish to provide excellent service to a diverse range of guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an outstanding dining experience by delivering prompt, professional, and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials in both english and Spanish If needed. Take accurate food and drink orders, communicating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct and timely delivery. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding the menu and answer any questions guests may have. Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, checking on satisfaction, and resolving any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Process transactions, handle cash, and accurately use the POS system to process orders and payments. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Support other team members, including bussing tables and assisting in food delivery, when necessary. Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. Follow all company policies, procedures, and health codes.

Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and english. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a server in a restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude and team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including dietary restrictions and allergens. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. Previous knowledge of POS systems and payment processing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
