Position:
Full-Time and Part-Time Dinner Server Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive service to our guests
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our menu and daily specials
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Proactively check on food and beverage quality, anticipate guest needs, and ensure each table receives attentive service
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Ensure each guest has an exceptional dining experience
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
- Excellent memory for orders and menu details
- Flexible schedule with mandatory night and weekend availability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong multitasking skills
