Nestled at the corner of 12th and Crescent, Blackjack delivers a refined cocktail experience paired with South Asian-inspired tapas and a warm, design-forward atmosphere. We’re seeking servers who value hospitality, love great food and drink, and are eager to grow within a thoughtful and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious service to every guest, creating a memorable and elevated dining experience. Master the food and cocktail menus, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and allergen information, to confidently guide guests through their visit. Collaborate with team members and bartenders to ensure seamless communication and efficient service. Maintain a clean and organized section, following opening, running, and closing sidework responsibilities. Handle multiple tables with grace and efficiency, anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests. Arrive on time, in uniform, with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) is required; open availability is a plus. Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or elevated dining setting. Comfortable standing for long periods and occasionally lifting or carrying items. Strong communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
