Server Cartecay River Brewing Co 26 River Ter, Ellijay, GA 30540 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using POS systems and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Manage cash handling, including processing payments through cash registers. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of culinary practices, food safety, and hospitality standards is beneficial. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Cash handling experience is essential for managing payments accurately.
