The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a busy atmosphere. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are complete before they are served to guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A passion for customer service and helping others is essential.
