Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Server. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist in taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:

• Proficiency in POS systems, specifically Aloha POS
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
• Exceptional customer service and guest relations skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
