Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and friendly servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Be able/willing to serve in a fast paced Korean BBQ restaurant
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Be able to perform opening/closing duties

Requirements:

• Training is Monday-Thursday open till close. If you are able to clear one week of your schedule for training, please apply!
• Serving experience
• Mandatory paid training
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures or menu items
