As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by efficiently managing tables, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and assist guests with recommendations to enhance their dining experience with AYCE. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards while handling food and beverages. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and bill handling. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.
