As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch hospitality throughout their visit. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food preparation and ingredients. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments using a cash register while adhering to proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Uphold food safety standards by following proper sanitation practices during food preparation and service. Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple tables while providing attentive service to all guests. Experience Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
