The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing guests with an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests while maintaining a high level of service. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety standards and practices during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and effective communication regarding menu items. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation is a plus. Familiarity with guest services principles and food safety regulations is beneficial.
