Provide detailed menu information and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Adhere to food handling safety standards at all times. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Qualifications 2+ years experience as a server. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with cash register operations is advantageous.
