Server/Waiter El Paso Tacos & Tequila 4300 Stone Mountain Highway, Lilburn, GA 30047 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including OpenTable or similar reservation systems, is a plus. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. A positive attitude with a commitment to helping others enjoy their dining experience. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required. Food handling certification is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
