As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including OpenTable. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and wine pairings. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining quality standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Uphold fine dining standards by demonstrating hospitality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
