Server/Cashier Eatz Grill Pine Mountain, GA 31822 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. This role involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the Aloha POS system for transactions. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash and credit transactions with basic math skills to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, counters, and food preparation areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant setting. Familiarity with food safety practices and food preparation techniques is highly desirable. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
