Server LinQ Kitchen & Cocktails 910 Eagles Landing Parkway, Stockbridge, GA 30281 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for the culinary arts. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by ensuring that guests receive prompt, attentive service while maintaining a clean and sanitized environment. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic math skills to ensure proper billing. Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards. Sanitate tables, utensils, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health regulations. Process payments using a cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Provide recommendations for food pairings and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, particularly in fine dining settings. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of culinary practices, including food preparation techniques, is a plus.
