Server The Lazy Frog 300 West Clinton Street, Gray, GA 31032 Job Overview Must be 18 years or older to serve. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall ambiance of our establishment. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing guest relations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Fulfill sidework requests. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food handling practices. Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
