The Trattoria is our newest addition, boasting authentic Italian cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. Located right next door to our flagship restaurant, Le Vigne, the Trattoria serves all kinds of guests from near and far. We are proud to be Dahlonega’s newest tradition. About the Position As the primary person our guests interact with during their visit, we rely on our servers to actively cultivate a lasting and memorable relationship between Montaluce and our guests. The Trattoria is a fast-paced environment, and we expect our servers to be able to handle whatever may be thrown their way. Job Description Expected to develop an extensive knowledge of all menus Expected to develop an extensive knowledge of Montaluce & its experiences Responsible for guiding the guest through the menu and helping them find items they will enjoy Responsible for being aware of guests needs and filling them before the guest asks Responsible for ensuring guests are satisfied throughout their visit Can promptly handle guests’ complaints in a professional manner while also alerting management Can maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Montaluce Responsible for keeping the dining room in pristine condition at all times Responsible for opening, maintaining, and closing the restaurant properly Can follow and enforce Montaluce’s alcohol management policy Can properly communicate with the rest of the staff and the guest any and all pertinent information Requirements Attention to detail

Pay:
