As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the culinary arts, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests for assistance or additional services. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setting up or cleaning down the dining area. Skills Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change accurately. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
