The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages as well as serving food, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience for the tables on the floor. Our format is to have Servers that have a servants heart and understands what it truly means to serve. You must have a great personality and genuine desire to serve people. Duties Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Take food and beverage orders from customers, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system. Engage with patrons to provide excellent service, answer questions about food and drink offerings. Monitor customer behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promote responsible drinking. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and proper orders. Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of beverage costs. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Experience in food service or retail math to accurately process transactions and manage inventory. Proficiency in cash handling, including operating cash registers and POS systems. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and standards is a plus.
