Resturant Big-Un’s Biscuits 3807 Atlanta Highway, Hiram, GA 30141 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our restaurant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in restocking supplies as necessary and support team members during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude!! (We cannot stress this enough), teamwork mindset, and a passion for providing excellent customer service are essential traits for success in this role.
