• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and a strong work ethic. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

• Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders and provide recommendations as needed
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage cash register and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies
• Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
• Provide exceptional guest relations and handle any complaints or concerns
• Utilize Aloha POS system to efficiently manage orders and payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and restaurant operations
• Excellent math skills and ability to manage cash and credit transactions
• Ability to provide exceptional guest relations and handle complaints or concerns
• Experience with food handling and preparation
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a restaurant setting, preferably in a high-volume restaurant
