Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the dining experience
• Knowledgeable about menu items and able to make recommendations
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance guest experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are properly set up with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
