Aromas is a fast-paced, welcoming environment where quality food and exceptional service are our top priorities. We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual to join our front-of-house team as a Food Runner/Server. Starting pay is 9/hr plus tip pull.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers quickly and accurately. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast system, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Assist with setting up, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong time management skills Strong communication and teamwork skills; including taking direction, addressing concerns in a professional manner, and the ability to learn with an open mind Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Stays calm under pressure and keeps a friendly, professional demeanor even during busy times. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!
