Job Overview:

We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Toast) and ensure accuracy
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using cash handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Toast POS, for order entry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for smooth operations
