!! You will keep all tips plus a minor hourly rate, with room to expand. To Serve you must be at least 18 years old, as we do serve beer. You may ask about our Tunnel hill Location for possible openings. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining high standards of food handling. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the fast-paced food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing detailed menu knowledge to guests. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety guidelines to ensure guest health and safety. Prepare and serve desserts including ice creams, milkshakes and cakes Skills Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Proficient math skills for accurate order processing and bill calculations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
