JOB SUMMARY
Provide food and beverage service to our guests in an expedient, professional, friendly and courteous manner. Responsible for assisting and supporting the Baristas in providing timely service to the guests.
JOB DUTIES
- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
- Provide the highest level of service
- Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
- Stock and re-fill product as needed
- Assist baristas in providing prompt, courteous service by bussing and resetting tables.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by attending to restaurant customer needs
- Communicate with food and beverage employees to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Complete side work during non-busy hours.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Report to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
- Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
- Prepare work areas for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure that guests a have a positive and memorable experience at the Restaurant.
- Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Department Supervisor.
- Report to Food & Beverage Supervisor before ending work shift.
- Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
- Must work well with or without direct supervision.
- Needs to be flexible, self-motivated, and positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-workers and management.
