• Responsibilities
• Greet customers and take their orders
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
• Enter orders accurately into the Aloha POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Clear tables and assist with bussing duties
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Qualifications
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or a nightclub
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes is desirable
